Shipping terms

For orders with delivery to Germany, both delivery on the street and to the apartment (up to the location of the wardrobe) are available. Delivery costs vary depending on the total amount of the order. Below is a summary table of rates:

For orders with a value starting from €511, we offer you the possibility to choose your preferred delivery method. Delivery on the street has the advantage of speed: the week indicated in the configurator is the week in which the delivery takes place directly at your address.

In the case of delivery to the floor (up to the room of use), in the week indicated in the configurator, we will deliver the goods to the local transporter, who will then need a few days to organize all appointments and then contact you to arrange the delivery day. The delivery date to your address may therefore occur approximately within the following two weeks.

Delivery to the apartment

Production and delivery times to the transport company are approximately 5 weeks. In the week indicated on the configurator and during the order pahse, your goods will be delivered from our production site in Italy to the nearest depot. As soon as the goods are received, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange the delivery day. The goods will then be transported to your apartment (to the room of use).

The room of use must be at least accessible through a wide staircase, which guarantees an easy access for each and every package. Possible additional costs for a freight elevator, crane or similar are of course not included. In order to reduce possible inconveniences or addictional costs, the need of a reight elevator, crane or similar has to be reported immediately after having completed the order. If the apartment is on the fourth floor or higher, we kindly ask you to let us know at the time of ordering, as additional costs may arise and will be borne by the customer.

Delivery on the street with a 13mt truck

Production and delivery times to the transport company are approximately 5 weeks. Updated information regarding the delivery week is always indicated in the configurator page. As soon as the goods are received, the carrier will contact the customer to arrange the day of delivery.

Given that our cabinets have a heavy structure, we recommend the presence of at least two people in good physical condition when unloading the goods. The driver has no obligation to transport the goods inside the house. The shipment will be made by a large truck 12 meters long which must therefore be able to reach the address. It is also necessary to ensure that there is a place for the truck to stop and unload. Any costs related to the use of freight elevators, lifts or similar tools are not to be considered included in the price. The transport of the packages inside the house and the assembly must be carried out by the customer him-/herself or by persons appointed by the customer.
